job responsibilties

Development and oversight of business strategy •Oversight of all strategic and tactical marketing and sales initiatives •Lead process development aimed. •Lead strategic market assessment to determine optimum service, price, and brand positioning for services to maximize penetration and profitability. •Advise senior management team on the management and optimal brand position for the company. •Create and execute strategies to meet or exceed annual goals and objectives in the areas of growth and profitability across all services offered. •Continually develop new client business by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivating relationships with existing clients (e.g., Agency / Partner Initiatives) •Work closely with the senior management team to ensure all sales propositions are operationally, commercially, and economically viable. •Develop and maintain key relationships with clients and other constituencies. Successfully conceptualize position, and develop, negotiate, and close sales opportunities. •Facilitate growth of the company’s sales through revenue and margin generation and through recruiting, managing, and mentoring /coaching team associates. •Participate and advise the senior management team on issues affecting clients and assist in strategic planning. •Work closely with the client service team to manage relationships with clients, review client and prospect performance, check continued client satisfaction, and extend relationships accordingly. •Manage relationships with advertising / public relations firms and strategic  

requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field •Minimum of 4 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. •Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. •Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
