My name is Ivie, and I am passionate about solving “People Problems”.
This inspired my career choice in Human Resources Management as it provided the perfect opportunity for me to recruit, manage and develop the human assets of Organisations.
In addition to pursuing my day job as the Head of Employee Relations at Sahara Group, I run two phenomenal companies- A Recruitment Firm and an Employability & HR Management Consulting firm. Through these businesses, we assist organizations in finding, retaining, and managing Top Talent as well as accelerating the performance of their businesses by supplying a competent and reliable HR Infrastructure—processes, systems, and policies—that will enable them to achieve their strategic objectives both during and outside of peak times.
Running these two businesses exposed me to a variety of employability needs and solutions, so I began working with career professionals who wanted to develop careers in line with their definitions of success and support them in developing the employability skills and tools necessary to land their dream jobs.
Over the years, I have worked with 190 professionals, written well over 200 resumes and refurbished over 250 Linkedin Profiles. Below are the various ways we can work together.”
