Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate with entertainment lawyers to review and finalize contracts. Develop strategic career plans for clients, identifying opportunities for growth and advancement. Arrange auditions, meetings, and interviews with industry professionals. Coordinate with publicists and PR team to manage the public image and branding of clients. Oversee media relations, including interviews, press releases, and social media presence. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase client visibility. Leverage industry connections to secure roles and opportunities for clients. Plan and coordinate client appearances at events, including premieres, award shows, and promotional activities. Ensure clients are well-prepared and represented at all industry events Maintain accurate records of client activities, contracts, and communications. Prepare regular reports on client progress and industry trends.
