job responsibilties
• Oversee all operational activities within the spa
• Explain services, treatments, and procedures to clients virtually and in-person
• Mediate and resolve client issues as required
• Work cooperatively with the entire Spa team to ensure a consistent quality of experience for all clients;
• Making confirmation calls when necessary
• Booking appointments for Spa accurately through phone, in person, and through emails;
• Checking voicemails/emails and returning messages promptly;
• Checking out guest and research purchase orders;

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a business operations manager or supervisor
• Strong experience in a spa or in a related field
• High attention to details
• Good team work and client relations skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proximity to Company location is advised
Work Schedule: Tuesdays to Fridays (9:30 am – 7pm), Sundays (3pm-6pm)
