SPA AND WELLNESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Spa and wellness center
Oversee all aspects of the wellness centre/spa’s daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance. -Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the centre. -Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure uninterrupted services. -Oversee, and manage a team of spa professionals, including therapists, estheticians, and support staff. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development. -Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by maintaining service quality, implementing client feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
Must have PROVEN experience as a manager in a wellness centre or spa environment. -In-depth knowledge of wellness and spa treatments, practices, and trends. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. -Strong business acumen and the ability to manage the financial aspects of the spa. -Familiarity with spa software and booking systems.
-Certification in spa management or related field is a plus.
