•Supervise daily salon floor activities and staff performance
•Ensure excellent customer service and a premium client experience
•Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and service flow
•Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally
•Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and luxury presentation standards are met
•Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
•Support sales of salon services and retail products
•Report daily operations and staff issues to management
requirements
•Minimum of 3years plus experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail supervision
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Flexible to work weekends and extended hours
