Senior Finance Manager

Manage the company’s accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management accounts, and performance analyses.
Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business objectives.
Monitor revenue, operating expenses, and profitability across travel services, tours, corporate travel, and other business lines.
Ensure compliance with all tax, statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions in collaboration with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Support fundraising initiatives, financing arrangements, and other capital requirements as needed.
Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely processing of employee compensation and statutory remittances.
Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous development.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, aviation, or service industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and financial controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of Nigerian tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial compliance obligations.
