Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
-Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
-Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
-Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and best practices
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
-Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
