- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Have a thorough understanding of the merchandise, including features and benefits.
- Provide detailed product information and styling advice to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with new arrivals and fashion trends.
- Alert management of low stock levels or popular items for restocking.
- Takes pictures for our social media channels
requirements
- Degree of any discipline
- 2-3 years proven experience in a sales role, preferably in fashion or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about fashion trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
