job responsibilties
– Manage the company’s social media pages and maintain an active online presence.
– Create and publish engaging content, captions, updates, and promotional posts.
– Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries.
– Attend to customers across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
– Follow up on customer enquiries and support the conversion of prospects into customers.
– Learn the company’s products, services, processes, and customer needs to provide accurate information.
– Support daily administrative and operational activities as required.
– Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
– Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to improve visibility and customer interaction.
– Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to management.
– Ensure all written and verbal communication reflects the company’s brand and professional standards.
requirements
– Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong writing skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging, and error-free content.
– Basic to intermediate experience managing social media pages for a business or brand.
– Good understanding of social media platforms and online customer engagement.
– Customer service experience is an advantage.
– Smart, presentable, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
– Ability to multitask and manage social media, customer enquiries, and other assigned duties.
– Good attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally with different types of customers.
– Must be comfortable working onsite in Lekki, Monday to Saturday.
