Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research. Present and promote products/services to potential and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM tools. Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

requirements

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional depending on the role). Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. High level of confidence, resilience, and persistence. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
