requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Demonstrable experience selling building material or construction products is mandatory.
* Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
* Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
* Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
* Highly driven, proactive, target-oriented, and commercially astute.
