Achieve growth and hit sales targets ● Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience ●Conduct Surveys To Gather information on customer opinion of rendered services ● Utilise social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries ● Supervise the activities of customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company ● Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact the company and vice versa ● Oversee the structuring of our organisation into a customer-focused establishment ● Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service ●Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals ● Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience ● Organise training programs for customer experience representatives in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills ● Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations ● Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to improve on existing job knowledge. ● Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets ● Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences ● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation ● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close ● Strong Business Sense and industry expertise ● Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills ● Self-starter, social, creative, a go-getter, digitally savvy, and works well independently.
