Greet customers warmly and assist them in a professional and courteous manner.
-Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the luxury experience and conveying the brand’s values and heritage.
-Listen attentively to customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
-Capture customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
-Support colleagues during peak periods or special events to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
requirements
3 years experience in luxury retail sales and customer service preferred.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
-Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
-Passion for luxury products, fashion trends, and a keen eye for detail.
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems
