Develop and implement effective PR strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.

Draft press releases, speeches, articles, and other communications materials for internal and external audiences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and key stakeholders.

Respond to media inquiries and act as the organization’s spokesperson when required.

Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR performance.

Plan and manage public events, press conferences, and promotional campaigns.

Handle crisis communication and reputation management as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Maintain and update the organization’s website and social media platforms with relevant news and content.

Track public opinion and advise management on potential public relations issues.
requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong media relations and networking capabilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
-
Experience with social media management and digital communications is a plus.
