Project Manager

• • Formulate a project blueprint that will guide the project from ideation to fruition, while adhering to an approved budget and timeline • Assign tasks to members of the team, as well as setting deadlines for the completion of these tasks. • Ensure that all necessary resources for different stages of the project is made available and provided. • Participate in and supervise the successful execution of each stage of the project • Ensure that the project schedule is stayed on, as well as resolving derailments where necessary • Manage the project’s budgeting and reallocate funds when necessary • Develop ways to measure and analyse a project’s progress through documenting • Regularly check in with clients in direct conversations andother relevant stakeholders with updates on the progress of the project • Coordinate internal resources and third party/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Present reports on progress to all relevant stakeholders, as well as problems and solutions • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project’s desired result
