job responsibilties
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute all the Organizations Foundation programs and initiatives
Manage community engagement activities
Support development and tracking of CSR / ESG initiatives
Maintain documentation: Project reports, Impact tracking, Stakeholder engagement logs
Liaise with: Internal teams (HR, Corporate Affairs, Operations) and External stakeholders (communities, NGOs, regulators)
Track budgets and ensure proper utilization of Foundation funds
Support events, sponsorships, and partnerships

Technical Competencies:
CSR / ESG understanding (basic to intermediate)
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Project coordination and execution
Stakeholder engagement (very important in your context)
● Any sector-specific requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile (What “Good” Looks Like)
Has worked in a foundation, NGO, or CSR team
Can write reports and also go to the field
3 – 6 years total experience
At least 2–3 years in any of the
NGO / Foundation work/ CSR / Sustainability
Understands community dynamics
Is structured enough to build processes from scratch
Comfortable working in a lean, evolving environment
