Program Director

• Develop and lead the organization’s program strategy in alignment with its mission and long-term goals. • Identify new program opportunities, partnerships, and funding streams. • Oversee program design, ensuring relevance, scalability, and sustainability. Provide leadership and direction to program managers and teams. • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Oversee annual work plans, budgets, and performance targets. • Develop and manage program budgets. • Ensure effective resource allocation across programs. • Support fundraising efforts by contributing to proposals, grant applications, and donor reports. • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders. • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and the Board. • Prepare program performance reports and strategic updates. • Ensure compliance with governance standards and donor requirements.
