job responsibilties
• Act as the point of contact among CEO, clients, and other external partners
• Approve bookings of resources, locations, equipment and supplies
• Manage all productions from strategy to execution
• Create a shooting schedule and estimate the cost of production
• Liase with clients on production brief and work with team on execution
• Ensuring the production complies with insurance, health and safety regulations, copyright laws and union agreements
• Ensuring the production operates according to schedule
• Report to the CEO on the production’s overall progress
requirements
• Graduate of any discipline
• Fresh graduate preferably
• Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to details
• Prior experience with production as a director or manager
• Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills
• In depth knowledge of production management, risk management and safety regulations
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
