job responsibilties
* Develop and execute proactive PR strategies to enhance brand awareness, thought leadership, and media presence.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with journalists, influencers, media outlets, and PR agencies. Secure press coverage, interviews, and media opportunities.
* Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing communication plans that align with product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
* Write and edit press releases, media kits, blog posts, executive speeches, and other communication materials.
* Support crisis management efforts and create response plans in alignment with corporate reputation strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (digital, product, events) to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
* Track, analyze, and report PR and communications performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or marketing communications.
* Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and delivering successful PR campaigns.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
* Experience with PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater), media databases, and analytics platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
