Personal Assistant to the CEO

Our client is in the film production and Entertainment industry
• Oversee the performance of all in-house and clerical staff, and follow the daily, weekly and monthly routine • Act as a manager by keeping tabs on all home and office activities, events and personnel • Send in excel sheet to the CEO at the beginning of each month to give account of how the expenses and money spent. • Make orders for the CEO, make research when you’re asked to and run errands • Monthly reminders of staff salaries and food allowance. • Supervise the monthly decluttering and tracking of all household itemsin the store, study, children’s room and take clothes for dry cleaning. • Will be in charge of helping the kids with their home task on Google classroom after school. • Ensure the CEO and the children’s car is neatly cleaned. • Supervise hiring and processing of home staff if there’s a need for a change. • Supervise and maintain the CEO and family’s calendar to ensure all task are carried out.
• A graduate of any discipline. • A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a, Personal Assistant or similar role • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality
