Personal Assistant/Customer service
Our Client is a bespoke and bridal fashion brand
• Act as first point of contact for the CEO • Manage schedule and set up meetings • Answer customers’ questions and enquiries about company’s products and services. • Provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience for customers • Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Take extra mile to engage customers • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services • Provide customer feedback to the CEO where necessary . Follow up with customers regarding special orders, overdue layaways, and completed orders.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal assistant or in a customer service role • Must have a flare for the fashion industry • Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles – Outstanding organizational skills
