• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization. • Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. • Manage CEO diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, Provide effective calendar management and set up meetings. • Reminding the CEO and Executive Group of important tasks and deadlines. • Receive calls and respond to emails, Provide administrative support, Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed • Booking and arranging travels, transport and accommodation • Typing, compiling and preparing report, presentations and correspondence • Systematically file important company documents
• Graduate of any discipline • Minimum of 3- 4 years in a Personal/executive Assistant/Administrative role • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite • Experience in using general office equipment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • In depth knowledge of administrative record keeping practice • Ability to plan, schedule, and execute office related events • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
