job responsibilties
- Acts as the first point of contact with the MD
- Responding to phone calls and enquiries
- Scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and arranging transportation, accommodation, and flight reservations
- Managing the store operations and employees within the organization
- Supervising orders and deliveries
- Accurate record-keeping of all business transactions
requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Versatile and able to manage personnel and operations of a business
- Fashion savvy
