  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Making arrangements for meetings and business trips
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff

requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent client relation skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
  • Prior experience working in an outdoor catering/event rental company is an added advantage
  • Must reside on the island
