job responsibilties
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
•Screen and prioritize incoming emails and requests for the CEO
•Ensure expense reports are completed accurately and submitted timely
•Assist with presentations and reports, conducting research and gathering data as needed
•Stay abreast of industry trends and best practice in real estate communications.
•Build and maintain positive relationships with key media outlets
•Create engaging content that promotes our brand, properties and services
•Oversee the communication budget and resources efficiently
requirements
•Should be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and include substantial multitasking.
•Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
•Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
