Manage and maintain store facility to include cleaning, repair, and maintenance
• Manage briefs from clients for the manufacturing of wearing apparel
• Overseeing the production team, logistics and delivery personnel and customer service personnel
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
requirements
3-5 years’ experience in operations and administration management
• Must have a flare for the fashion industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish production KPI and conduct quality assessment
• Good knowledge of operations management
• Ability to monitor and improve daily function
• Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budget
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
