job responsibilties
Hire and train salon employees
-Create and distribute promotional materials to attract new clients
Create policies and procedures designed to enhance the performance of team members
-Ensure that the salon remains clean and sanitary at all times
-Create work schedules
-Process payments
-Address and resolve any complaints that clients may have about the salon or its employees operations team.
-Monitor and evaluate trends and provide guidance and advice to the team.

3 years experience preferable in the Beauty industry
