• The Operations Manager must be knowledgeable in general and professional cleaning services, the use of cleaning materials, equipment’s and chemicals. • Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery. • Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations. • Oversee every aspect and operations of the company including hiring and training of staff and employees (cleaners) • Develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery and manage quality assurance programs. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and members of team. • Improve operational management system and best practices. • Help the organization achieve its goals and objectives. • Manage company social media.

We are leading cleaning company that offers professional cleaning for residential and commercial spaces.   • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline • Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in relevant industry. • Preferably with experience in cleaning industry through various channels. • Must have knowledge in various cleaning solutions and their uses. • Able to multi-task and Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Possess good leadership skills • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects • Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors
