job responsibilties

• Perform Quality Control of ALL flower arrangements BEFORE they are dispatched. • Establish a flower procurement calendar and get Creative Director’s sign off. • Prepare weekly/bi-monthly flower procurement lists and order flowers with guidance from Creative Director regarding quality, stem length and quality. • Anticipate and maintain a seasonal calendar for floral and gifting holidays to ensure the business is ready for each season in terms of procurement, inventory, marketing and sales. Pull the resources of members of your team where necessary – florists, inventory, admin, dispatch, facility. • Administer ALL departments operations to ensure the overall smooth running of the business. • Submit a daily work sheet of tasks completed. • Submit a monthly report of order and sales patterns, procurement trends or changes thereto, clients complaints, requested refunds and any other operations and clients related issues. • Liaise with and provide all necessary records and documentation for visiting accountants. • Ensure smooth running of the website. • Ensure a holiday calendar is in place and communicated to the website manager in time so clients are made aware of store closures. • Suggest continuous improvement, to operations, product offerings, marketing, procurement, shop decor, production etc, get the Creative Director’s approval and implement the same within set timelines. • Work with set targets as outlined by the Creative Director monthly. • Provide monthly reports on set targets and status of such targets. • Conducts weekly, bi-weekly and monthly update meetings with the Creative Director. • Continuously Introduce cost savings initiatives for the business and implement the same.


• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Minimum of 3 years work experience as an operations management, with at least 2 years directly supervising a team and reporting to senior management • Proficiency with Microsoft office Word and Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Should reside within Ikoyi, Obalende, Victoria Island ,Yaba, Lekki. • Preferably within the Age range of 30 – 35. . • References will be required. WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9AM TO 6PM, SATURDAY 10AM TO 3PM,
