job responsibilties
• Must be able to guide daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of assignments
• Ability to understand plans and come up with strategic proposal/costing negotiation
• Must be good with mapping and area profiling
• Ability to guide operations activities and set ups for Events
• Good knowledge of operations management
• Ability to work late and within deadline
• Ability to travel within short notice
• Ensures reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Ensures compliance to safety operational guidelines, including individual work area and department
• Effectively managing people and performance on one of our operations and maintenance contracts
• Understanding of the geo zone for marketing and planning
requirements
• Graduate of any discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3years relevant experience in Experiential marketing
• Project Management skills
• Additional trainings/certification is an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage task
• Experience with managing or supervising personnel
• Ability to interpret brief and come up with an execution plan
• Profiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
• Good presentation Skills
