job responsibilties
•Develop and imply a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
•Establish clear indicators, methodologies and data collected tools to measure the impact, success and challenges of the program
•Design and oversee inclusive data collection processes ensuring they address the needs of diverse participants, including PWD and 70%female participants as targeted by the program.
•Apply a gender-responsive approach on analyzing data, evaluating the impact on different demographic group
•Conduct regular monitoring visits surveys and interviews with participants trainers and stakeholders to gather feedback and assess program processes
•Lead the assessment of program outcomes, focusing on participant skill development, job placement and career advancement opportunities,, with an emphasis on meeting the target of 70%female participants and 5%PWD enrollment per cohort
•Prepare and present comprehensive evaluation report to internal and external stakeholders, showcase program achievements, areas for improvement and actionable recommendations
•Lead efforts to establish feedback mechanisms, empowering participants to voice there experience and insight
•Build and maintain relationships with external evaluators research institutions and funding agencies to leverage expertise and resources for enhanced program evaluation
requirements
•Bsc or Masters defying Monitoring &Evaluation, Statistics, social sciences International development or a related field
•Minimum of 5years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) for large-scale programs preferably in the education ,youth development or creative industry sector
•Strong proficiency in data collection, management and analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Stata)
•Experience working with marginalized groups, including women and PWDs in highly developed
•Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
•Strong leadership, organizational and collaboration skills
•Ability to travel for monitoring visits across program sites (Abuja ,Lagos, Enugu)
