job responsibilties

• Work with the Business Development & Sales Manager and Strategy Team on all Marketing and Sales matters affecting all aspects of the Employer’s business or that of its subsidiaries and affiliates (the Group). • Proactively identifying appropriate sales and marketing opportunities/relationships for the Company’s target corporate and individual clients, and assisting in the creation of pitch documents and proposals addressing client needs, concerns, and objectives. • Providing accurate and timely responses to client inquiries with a view to converting inquiries to sales. • Identifying and participating in conferences and events to promote the company; drive investment, sales or leasing of the Company’s properties; and gather essential information on market activities and trends. • Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns and contributing to the Company’s media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing brochures, and website content development. • Managing external and internal communications on the progress and development of the organization, by preparing internal management reports and external emails/newsletters


• Minimum of 2.1 or its equivalent in any relevant education. Advanced degrees appreciated in business, marketing or related field will be an added advantage. • Out of country experience either through education or employment is an added advantage • Minimum 4 -6 years prior experience in sales, marketing or related field. • Strong business writing and negotiation skills • Emotional Intelligence • Teamwork and problem solving to achieve goals • Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities
