Responsibilities
● Ensure consistency of brand identity across all customertouchpoints.
● Strengthen the brand’s positioning within the luxury fashionmarket.
● Protect and evolve the brand’s narrative, visual identity, andmarket perception.
● Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned withbusiness objectives.
● Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand awarenessinitiatives.
● Oversee digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing,and campaign
● Develop and oversee all brand communications.
● Manage press relationships and media outreach.
● Secure editorial features, interviews, and strategic media opportunities.
● Identify and pursue strategic international growth opportunities
● Build relationships with luxury retailers, stockists, buyers, andshowrooms.
● Develop partnerships with fashion platforms, organizations, and industry stakeholders
● Build and manage relationships with stockists and wholesalepartners.
● Develop strategies to increase wholesale revenue.
● Develop relationships with stylists, editors, celebrities,influencers, and industry leaders.
● Identify high-impact brand visibility
● Lead launch strategies for collections and campaigns.
● Collaborate with creative teams on storytelling, contentdirection, and customer engagement.
● Source and negotiate partnerships with luxury brands, hotels,lifestyle companies, cultural institutions, and aligned organizations.
● Establish measurable KPIs across marketing, communications,and partnerships.
requirements
Minimum 5–8 years experience in luxury marketing,communications, PR, business development, or partnerships.
● Experience working with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premiumconsumer brands.
● Strong understanding of international luxury markets.
● Proven experience securing partnerships, media coverage, orcommercial opportunities.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-buildingskills.
● Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
● Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
● Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from conceptto execution.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition
