job responsibilties
– Lead the development and execution of the Academy’s administrative strategy to drive growth, ensure excellence and expand the student and curriculum base.
– Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of administrative staff, faculty, and support personnel.
– Develop and implement a strategic vision and plan for Creative Academy, aligning it with the mission, values, and goals of the institution
– Drive innovation and continuously enhance the quality and relevance of academic programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of students and the industry
– Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, exploring new markets, partnerships, and program offerings.
– Develop and manage the academy’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
– Monitor key financial indicators, revenue streams, and expenses, making data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance and decisions.
– Identify opportunities for revenue generation, such as fundraising, career programs, sponsorships, grants, and partnerships.
– Implement effective cost-control measures while maintaining the quality and integrity of programs and services.
– Collaborate with the academic team to align operations with the academy’s educational programs and curricula.
– Support the development and implementation of new courses, workshops, and initiatives.
– Conduct continuous evaluation programs and make recommendations for enhancements based on feedback from faculty, academic boards and standards, and industry professionals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, educational institutions, community organizations, and government bodies.
requirements
– A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as education, business administration, Organizational behaviour or Arts. (A Ph.D is Preferred
– Proven years of experience in a leadership role within the education sector, preferably in creative arts education or a related field for no less than 12 years.
– Strong understanding of academic operations and familiarity with curriculum development and delivery.
– Excellent organizational and people management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and demands.
– Must have impeccable negotiation skills and excellent stakeholder engagement.
– Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
– Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for educational institutions.
– Proficiency in technology systems and tools relevant to academic and administrative management.
– Passion for creativity, innovation, and fostering an engaging learning environment.
– Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
