job responsibilties
Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on production machines and utilities
Quickly diagnose and fix equipment faults to minimize downtime
Ensure facilities and equipment meet hygiene, safety, and food-grade standards
Support compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
Keep maintenance logs and report major issues
Coordinate with production and quality teams during operations
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4years experience in maintenance management, preferably in a in food or beverage production, manufacturing and industrial setting
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent leadership and team management
Strong problem-solving and safety awareness
