• Review land ownership and tenure documentation
• Map required permits and regulatory approvals
• Assess environmental compliance obligations
• Advise on corporate structuring considerations
• Identify legal risks impacting timelines or capital raising
• Draft NDAs and consultant agreements (where required)
• Provide compliance roadmap annex for final report
requirements
- Experience in land, environmental, and corporate law • Regulatory mapping capability • Risk advisory experience • Familiarity with capital raising frameworks (advantageous)
