job responsibilties
We are looking for a maintenance technician who can join our team and ensure that our LED Screens and associated equipment are always in optimal condition and ready for use. You will be responsible for:
– Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance of LED Screens and systems
– Troubleshooting and repairing any faults or malfunctions of lighting equipment and systems
– Ordering and managing spare parts inventory and RMA processes
– Installing and setting up LED Screens at various locations
– Working closely with the warehouse manager and the event manager to coordinate logistics and operations
requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in the events industry or a related field
– Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic principles and practices
– Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
– Proficiency in using hand and electrical tools
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nigeria and West Africa
– A high school diploma or equivalent; training certificates from relevant manufacturers will be a plus
– Verifiable proof of training or references from previous employers e.g Absen ACE
