job responsibilties
Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives across the organisation and its talent management programme
Identify training and capability gaps across creative, media, operations, strategy, and support teams
Develop learning calendars, onboarding frameworks, and employee development initiatives aligned with business goals
Coordinate workshops, mentorship sessions, coaching programmes, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Support career development, succession planning, and employee growth strategies
Manage relationships with external facilitators, trainers, and learning partners
Track training participation, programme effectiveness, and employee development outcomes
Prepare learning reports, training documentation, and engagement insights for management
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, innovation, and professional development across the organisation
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or Training Coordination
Prior experience within a creative agency, media company, production company, or service-based organisation is an advantage
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple learning initiatives in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of employee development and organisational growth strategies
