  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS

requirements

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS/database
  • Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates
