job responsibilties
-Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
-Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for employees, including network connectivity problems, software errors, and hardware malfunctions.
-Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and privacy.
-Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
-Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
-Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
-Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role in a corporate environment.
-Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
-Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
