job responsibilties
• The project manager must be able to identify the project goals, objectives, and the scope of the project
• Create project plan and schedule that outlines task, timelines and resources required
• Monitor the progress of the project and ensure its stays on track and is delivered on time
• Manage the project budgeting and reallocate funds where necessary
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project desired results
requirements
• First degree from a reputable university
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural designing and project management
• Proficiency in the use of 3D design software
• Outstanding project management expertise
• Strong ability to manage different projects together independently
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to communicate well with clients and vendors, artisans and team members
• Problem solving skills
• Creativity
