job responsibilties
- Prepare Job descriptions, advertise vacant positions and manage the recruitment process
- Coordinate recruitment process by recruiting qualified candidates, performing background checks, and issuing employment contracts
- Perform induction and onboarding sessions for new employees and update staff records
- Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity and employee retention. Complete HR operations paperwork and interviews, transfers, discipline, and conflict resolution among employees
requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources functions
- Ability to implement existing policies and processes.
- Experience with recruitment, policy implementation, and the execution of HR operational tasks
