- Oversee the talent acquisition and recruitment process of the organization
- Oversee HR-related duties and the implementation of HR policies.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in HR management
- Experience with developing and implementing strategic HR policies
- Experience with HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, performance management, hr operations, and administrative tasks.
