job responsibilties
– Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
– Design, develop, and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures to align with organizational goals.
– Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
– Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support talent development and
business strategies.
– Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance management
and talent development.
– Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, including recognition
and reward program
requirements
HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
– 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, performance management and talent development.
– Strong knowledge of performance management principles, practices, and systems.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
– Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
– Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effective
