Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies For the organization
•Manage staffing operations for multiple clients, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, and management of their workforce.
•Set up and manage an HR management system or software to streamline operations; manual processes are not acceptable.
•Oversee workforce planning, training, and employee performance management.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.
•Provide strategic HR support to company leadership and client organizations.
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are mandatory.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with expertise in recruitment and workforce management.
•Strong knowledge of HR technology and software solutions.
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
