job responsibilties
- Ensure compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act and statutory regulations including HMO, Pension, NSITF, ITF, and proper employee documentation management.
- Develop and implement HR structures, policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance management systems to support organizational effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain HR systems such as Notch HR or other HRIS platforms for accurate employee data and reporting.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee exits.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives while coaching managers on effective people management practices.
- Provide strategic HR support to leadership on manpower planning, organizational development, workforce structure, and talent management initiatives.
requirements
- Minimum 5 years of concrete HR experience
- B.Sc. in any relevant field, additional professional certification is required
- Knowledge of ATS & HRIS management
- HR policy development & documentation
- Knowledge of Labour law and HR compliance
- HR reporting and data analysis
