-Suggest and implement advanced, best practices HR strategies and procedures
-Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
• Establish the HR Policies and resolve the ground-level employees’ problems
• Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
• Evaluate benefits packages and choose the best one for both the organization and its employees
requirements
• A graduate of any discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years prior work experience -In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
-Familiarity with labor law rules and regulations
-Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
-Excellent organizational skills
