Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠HR Business Partnering & Leadership •⁠ ⁠⁠Act as a primary HR point of contact for assigned clients, providing end-to-end HR advisory services. •⁠ ⁠⁠Lead the execution of HR strategies aligned with client business objectives. •⁠ ⁠⁠Translate business needs into practical HR solutions across multiple client accounts. Proactively identify HR risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. •⁠ ⁠Talent & Workforce Management •⁠ ⁠⁠Lead and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities for clients. •⁠ ⁠⁠Support and guide performance management cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives. •⁠ ⁠⁠Advise clients on employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. •⁠ ⁠⁠HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are compliant with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. •⁠ ⁠Review, implement, and improve HR frameworks including policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. •⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain accurate HR records and reporting for both internal and client use. •⁠ ⁠⁠Stakeholder & Client Management •⁠ ⁠⁠Build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders. •⁠ ⁠⁠Lead HR meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients confidently. •⁠ ⁠⁠Provide clear HR insights, reports, and recommendations to management and clients. •⁠ ⁠⁠Team & Process Oversight Supervise and guide junior HR staff or interns where applicable. •⁠ ⁠Take ownership of assigned HR projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. •⁠ ⁠Continuously improve internal HR processes and consulting delivery standards.

Requirements & Qualifications •⁠ ⁠Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or multi-client environments. •⁠ ⁠⁠Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. •⁠ ⁠⁠Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives independently, not just support execution. •⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. •⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to think commercially and align HR actions with business outcomes. •⁠ ⁠⁠Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
