. Develop and execute strategic media plans for clients, integrating traditional and digital media channels to achieve communication objectives. 2. Manage relationships with traditional media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure favourable coverage and enhance brand reputation. 3. Oversee digital media management, including social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising campaigns. 4. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility and website traffic. 5. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content tailored for various online platforms, including graphics, videos, and articles. 6. Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients on campaign effectiveness and ROI. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and traditional media to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 8. Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and capabilities.  

requirements

1. Minimum of five years of experience in media relations, digital marketing, or related fields, preferably in a leadership role. 2. Strong knowledge of the traditional media landscape, including print, broadcast, and online publications, with proven experience securing media coverage. 3. Proficiency in digital media management, including social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and online advertising tools. 4. Experience managing SEO strategies and techniques to improve website ranking and visibility. 5. Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and the ability to identify and engage relevant influencers for client campaigns. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and media channels.
